Join Blu as a Client Success Supervisor!

Blu is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operational service delivery in alignment with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Pricing Schedules. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing workforce coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

โš™๏ธ Operational Coordination

  • Verify, check, and approve pre-extract reports from Payroll.
  • Coordinate transportation for assignees and secure client approval.
  • Distribute weekly or monthly payslips to assigned employees.
  • Ensure accurate payroll data is processed and submitted within deadlines.
  • Monitor shift staffing to meet client operational requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payroll queries and provide timely reports to clients.
  • Ensure protective equipment (PPE) is issued and related documentation completed.

๐Ÿค Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding service delivery and workforce performance.
  • Attend client meetings and conduct regular on-site visits.
  • Understand and anticipate client business needs, identifying new opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality operational support.

๐Ÿ’ผ Financial and Administrative Oversight

  • Oversee invoice accuracy and on-time delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely payment and resolve invoice queries.
  • Track and control expenditure on PPE, medicals, and related costs within approved parameters.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs, corporate governance, and legislative requirements.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team and Resource Coordination

  • Ensure correct job requisitions are received and processed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Centre to provide feedback on candidate performance and availability.
  • Brief assignees on transport arrangements, reporting times, and worksite details.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year HR generalist or administrative experience.

Qualification:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate required.
