💼 About the Role

As a Digital Product Management Specialist, you will lead the implementation of Absa’s strategic digital roadmap for a specific business area. You’ll be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing large-scale digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences and tangible commercial outcomes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end digital features and projects across multiple channels.
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Develop and optimize operational metrics for specific digital products.
• Use customer feedback and data insights to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
• Deliver measurable commercial outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Participate in innovation initiatives, design experiments, and contribute to solution development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within digital teams.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7–8) in Media/Digital, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Design.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in digital product management or related fields.
• Certified Product Manager qualification is an added advantage.
