Your Mission: Sales, Service, and Value-Adding Solutions

Your core purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by deeply understanding and responding to individual client needs and aspirations. You will provide tailored, value-adding financial solutions while upholding the highest company standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Applying appropriate sales processes to achieve sales targets and maintain an acceptable cost of sales ratio through pipeline management and sales quality.
  • Maximizing Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue and grow the client base. This includes maximizing cross-selling opportunities and selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
  • Client Base Growth: Actively assisting with retaining or signing on the unbanked customer base to improve profitability.
  • Expert Knowledge: Maintaining specialized knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedures, and fulfilment timelines.
  • Digital Adoption: Driving the adoption of digital and other self-service options across your client base.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Executing work in accordance with organizational values and the code of ethics, adhering to governance standards, and identifying and escalating risk as a normal part of your work.
  • Quality Service: Delivering customer service through strict adherence to quality service standards and company policies, ensuring all administration and reporting is accurate and on time.

Are You the Perfect Match?

To step into this challenging and rewarding role, you’ll need the right mix of experience and regulatory qualifications:

  • FAIS Qualification: You must have completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or a higher qualification.
  • Regulatory Exam: You must have successfully completed the First Level Regulatory Examination.
