Community Relationship Manager – Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth

Fidelity ADT is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Relationship Manager to join our team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This permanent position requires a proactive professional who can build and maintain strong relationships within the community to support our local growth and retention strategies.


Job Summary

As a Community Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and growing effective community relationships. Your primary goal is to increase market share, drive sales growth, and decrease client attrition by developing and implementing strategic plans. This role involves direct interaction with key customers and community stakeholders to ensure brand visibility and a strong market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell community security solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Manage existing community schemes and ensure profitability in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
  • Analyze and address attrition within the community.
  • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, SAPS, Community Watches, and Community Forums.
  • Attend community events and meetings to represent the brand.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Provide valuable input into product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer management.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
