This role is based in Rustenburg and the surrounding areas, where you’ll be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the sales team, you will:

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify and prospect new business opportunities with buyers in retail, wholesale, and food service.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Exceed Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while consistently delivering a high level of service.
• Manage Your Territory: Create and execute a sales plan for the Rustenburg region, keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a target-driven individual who is self-motivated and reliable.

Requirements:

• Education: A Matric/Grade 12 certificate is essential. A post-matric qualification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
• Experience: A proven track record in sales is required, preferably in the FMCG, agricultural products, or fresh produce industry. Experience calling on buyers in the retail or food service sectors is a great advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Logistics: You must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle to travel extensively in the region. Knowledge of local languages like Setswana or Afrikaans will also be beneficial.
