You’ll work hand-in-hand with Private Advisors to execute our business strategy, manage key initiatives, and drive the growth of our Home Secured Lending (HSL) portfolio. Your ability to identify leads, manage campaigns, and build strong relationships will be the key to your success.
What Does This Role Entail?
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales efforts. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Driving Sales & Partnerships: You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets within the Private Banking & Advice (PB&A) channel. This means influencing stakeholders to maintain a consistent and healthy secured lending pipeline.
- Strategic Execution: You’ll be a leader in steering and supporting sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and training efforts to uplift skills within your channels.
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external partners is crucial. You’ll be the go-to person for our stakeholders, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Credit & Market Expertise: You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of the property market, business financials, and lending policies to structure traditional and complex deals for a variety of clients.
- On-the-Go Leadership: This role requires you to be mobile. You’ll need your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license to manage your daily sales activities and meet with key partners.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Expert knowledge of Home Secured Lending (HSL) products and end-to-end processes.
- A deep understanding of business financials and the ability to analyze cash flows.
- Experience in structuring deals for both individuals and companies.
- A strong grasp of the property market and its legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
