Hollard Insure has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Administrator: Non-Motor Loss Adjusting to join our team in Parktown, Gauteng. This is a crucial role for a self-motivated individual who excels at coordinating complex schedules and ensuring seamless communication between all parties.


What the Role Involves

As an Administrator, you’ll be the pivotal link in our claims process, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our internal loss adjusters. Your main duties will include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing daily schedules and appointments for our internal loss adjusters, ensuring optimal allocation based on geography and claim type.
  • Administrative Support: Capturing and updating assessment details in our systems, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and brokers regarding scheduling queries, ensuring courteous and professional communication.
  • Process & Compliance: Following and supporting the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance.
  • Data Management: Working with various platforms to manage appointments, load reports, and track progress, ensuring data consistency across systems.

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for a professional with a solid background in the short-term insurance industry and a service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years of experience in both the short-term insurance industry and in non-motor claims.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of non-motor claims processes (e.g., building, fire, contents).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with claims management systems like SPM and Codeplex.
