Become a Business Development Manager in George 🚀
Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for strategic growth and a knack for building relationships? FNB is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in George. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth by partnering with Private Advisors to meet key objectives. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Driving Sales: You’ll be responsible for meeting Housing Secured Lending (HSL) targets within the Private Banking and Advisory (PB&A) channel.
- Building Relationships: You’ll develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to build a consistent and healthy lending pipeline.
- Strategic Execution: You will support and steer campaigns, marketing efforts, and sales initiatives.
- Expertise: You’ll act as a subject matter expert, providing training on HSL systems and products.
- Lead Generation: A critical part of the role is to identify leads and support campaigns within your assigned region.
What We’re Looking For
You’re an ideal candidate if you have a proven track record of success and are known for being adaptable and curious. We need someone who has:
- Extensive Knowledge: You must have expert knowledge of HSL products, end-to-end processes, and a sound understanding of business financials and cash flow analysis.
- Lending Expertise: The ability to structure traditional and complex lending deals, with knowledge of the property market and legal frameworks (for companies and trusts), is essential.
- Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing solid relationships with both internal and external business partners.
- Mobility: You must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a cellphone.
