What You’ll Do as a Relationship Executive

As a Relationship Executive for our Premium Agri portfolio, you’ll be at the forefront of our business. Your primary goal is to optimize the profit and economic value of your client portfolio by focusing on three key areas:

• Origination: Actively working to acquire new clients and expand our reach in the agricultural sector.
• Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to our existing clients.
• Coverage: Providing exceptional service to clients in line with our segment’s value proposition.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance, and taking ultimate ownership of your portfolio’s risk management. You will have the chance to provide input into new product development and collaborate with a supportive team to constantly improve our ways of working.

We’re looking for a proactive professional with a passion for the agricultural sector and a knack for building strong relationships. Here are the key qualifications we’re looking for:

• Education: A National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
• Experience: A proven ability to manage a portfolio of key account clients and drive financial targets.
• Location: This full-time role is based in Vanderbijlpark.
