What You’ll Be Doing
As a PGTR Market Manager, you will act as a vital link between our business unit and the market, ensuring we meet our sales objectives and exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy: You’ll develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global objectives, identify acquisition opportunities, and monitor sales targets.
- Relationship Building: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers, participating in negotiations for key contracts to ensure alignment with supply factories.
- Financial Management: You’ll set pricing strategies, control project costs, and ensure a positive cash flow through effective contract negotiation and execution. You’ll also monitor client financial status and manage risks.
- Team Leadership: You’ll lead and mentor the market team, fostering performance and collaboration. You will also take ownership of employee training and development, ensuring your team is set up for success.
- Market Insights: You’ll evaluate sales data, provide market intelligence reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to shape future initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development is essential. You should have a proven ability to develop and implement effective market strategies.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Skills: You must be proficient in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends to drive business growth.
