What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Support Specialist, you’ll be the strategic backbone of our Market Unit Cloud Success Services. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure we’re hitting our targets and continuously improving. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving Performance: You’ll conduct deep-dive analyses to identify areas for performance improvement, supporting the achievement of key business KPIs like revenue, utilization, and project profitability.
• Managing Processes: You’ll oversee crucial operational processes, from forecasting and business planning to the monthly closing process. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping an overview of the entire forecasting process.
• Providing Insight: You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Market Unit Cloud Success Services Head, providing them with the data and insights needed to make fact-based decisions and drive business predictability.
• Data Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and completeness in our core systems, which is essential for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Collaboration: You’ll work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, proactively challenging business leaders and supporting them in their pursuit of excellence.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for an experienced professional who is a quick thinker, an excellent communicator, and a true team player.

• Experience: You’ll need a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry, ideally in a controlling or project management role. You should have a proven ability to deliver operational services to business stakeholders.
• Education: A final degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or computer sciences is required, or equivalent work experience.
• Skills: You must be fluent in English and possess a high level of communication, presentation, and influencing skills. A thorough knowledge of the consulting and cloud business model is a must.
