What You’ll Do
As a Social Media Host, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring our customers have a world-class experience. This isn’t your average customer service job; it’s a dynamic role where you’ll be the voice of our brand across multiple platforms.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Social Media Engagement: Responding to customer queries and feedback on platforms like Trustpilot and App Stores.
- Content Moderation: Ensuring video content uploaded by customers is appropriate and aligns with our brand’s tone of voice.
- Customer Support: Handling and resolving customer inquiries across various multimedia channels, all while building strong relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Tackling challenges on the fly and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
This is a full-time, on-site role in Cape Town that requires a high level of energy and commitment. We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience: A Matric with at least two years of customer service experience, OR a completed Degree/Diploma with no experience required.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication is essential.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Team Player Mentality: A collaborative spirit and a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail to ensure every interaction meets our high standards.
- Reliable Transport: You must have reliable transport to get to our Cape Town office for your shifts.
Bonus points if you have a passion for sports betting or previous experience in the online gaming industry!
