About the Role

As an important member of our team, you will manage the day-to-day accounts payable and financial administration for our property management division. You’ll be the one to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Key duties will include:

• Processing and reconciling supplier and intercompany invoices.
• Managing payment runs and credit card expenditures.
• Preparing financial reports and maintaining the general ledger.
• Assisting with internal and external audits by compiling documentation.
• Handling supplier queries and ad-hoc reconciliations.
• Maintaining vendor and BEE records.
• Ensuring all activities adhere to best practices and corporate governance.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for precision. To be a perfect fit, you must have:

• A BCom with Accounting III or an equivalent qualification.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
• A strong understanding of IFRS and tax principles, including VAT.
