What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll be responsible for the financial processes that keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting reconciliations for review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Creating and processing invoices and payments while adhering to internal policies.
• Approving invoices and payments in line with our Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Processing journal entries to the general ledger and assisting with bank statement reviews.
• Providing support during audits by maintaining meticulous and well-documented records.
• Collaborating closely with the Accountant: Insurance and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.

Is This You?

We’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Finance qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• A strong understanding of general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
