What You’ll Be Doing

As the IT Technical Support Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring seamless performance across all our systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing server, desktop, and network services, ensuring robust service delivery across all environments.
• Driving profitability by optimizing hardware and software performance.
• Establishing and managing budgets to increase cost efficiency and support business goals.
• Cultivating strong relationships with various stakeholders, from end-users to senior management, to understand and address their needs.
• Proactively identifying and resolving problems to ensure a timely and effective response to all IT queries.

Is This You?

We’re looking for a candidate who is a seasoned expert in the IT field. You’ll be an ideal fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Relevant certifications like MCSE, CCIE, MS SQL+, RHCE, or RHCA.
• 5-7 years of experience in an Information Technology role, with a focus on the Network & Security environment.
• General experience in areas like Computer operations, Infrastructure, Server/desktop/database management, and Security.
