What We’re Looking For

You’ll need a solid academic foundation with a Bcom Accounting degree, giving you the technical expertise and financial insight to lead with confidence. You should have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing Accounts Payable functions, along with a deep understanding of payment systems, team dynamics, and financial controls. Experience with Sage is a major advantage.

Beyond the technical skills, we need a natural leader and communicator. You should be fluent in both English and Afrikaans and comfortable presenting ideas clearly and confidently. Your ability to train and mentor others will be key to building your team’s capabilities and ensuring we’re always improving.
