Join Our Team as an Automation Support Specialist!

DeARX Services is looking for a talented Automation Support Specialist to join a leading financial services company.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end support for our automation initiatives, from implementation to maintenance. Your mission will be to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our automated systems, playing a crucial part in our business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide end-to-end support for automation solutions.
• Monitor automation environments to proactively identify risks and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain support documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Train and guide business users on automation tools.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years in IT, Automation, or Application Support.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of automation platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate is essential. Scripting and integration knowledge (Python, SQL) is a plus.
• Certifications: An ITIL certification is preferred, and automation platform certifications are beneficial.
• Mindset: You are a proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
