What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect and design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
• Decompose complex business requirements, especially in customer onboarding and core banking domains, into detailed technical plans.
• Champion event-driven architectures and domain-driven design principles.
• Lead by doing—provide hands-on coding guidance, review code, and contribute to key modules to ensure architectural alignment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to align technical solutions with strategic business goals.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to multiple teams, helping them deliver high-quality solutions effectively.

Is This You?

We’re looking for a hands-on technologist with a proven track record in:

• Active Programming: You must be currently coding in Java or Python professionally.
• Cloud Architecture: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred).
• Microservices & APIs: You’ve designed and built microservices and are proficient with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Event-Driven Systems: You have strong experience with Kafka, event sourcing, and stream processing.
• Security & Design: You have working knowledge of security principles (e.g., OAuth2) and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Soft Skills: You possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
