TWK Agri is looking for a Cashier to join our team in Umzimkulu, KwaZulu-Natal. If you are a friendly, organized person with a knack for numbers and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This role is the face of our Umzimkulu Retail division. As a cashier, you’ll be responsible for providing a seamless and efficient checkout experience for our customers. Your duties will include:

• Handling Transactions: Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions, including cash, card payments, refunds, and credits. You will also manage and balance your cash drawer.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with their purchases, and ensure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
• Stock Management: Help with bagging, wrapping, and preparing merchandise. You’ll also assist with stocking shelves, marking prices, and conducting stock takes.
• Maintaining the Area: Keep your checkout area clean and organized, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.

• Qualifications: You need a Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Skills: You should be computer literate and have a strong ability to work with money and customers. Good interpersonal skills are a must.
• Experience: Previous cashier experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
