What You’ll Do for the Brand

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be on the front lines, helping us connect with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Assisting clients with opening new accounts, handling all betting queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Driving Sales: Actively demonstrating our mobile products and services to influence customers to purchase and use our platforms. This includes promoting our mobile brand and increasing sales through effective mobile marketing campaigns.
• Account Sign-ups: Assisting customers in submitting the correct FICA documents to open new accounts and showing them how to place their first bet using the sign-up bonus on our mobile application.
• Promotional Activities: Setting up and arranging eye-catching displays at various outlets, events, and promotions to attract new and existing customers.
• Reporting: Keeping meticulous records of your sales activities and reporting your progress to management daily.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a candidate who is not only a great salesperson but also an excellent communicator with a knack for problem-solving.

• Bonus to Have: Prior experience as a promoter or in a similar role and excellent customer service skills.
• Key Skills: You must have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
