This position requires a blend of professional office management and personal assistance, making every day different and challenging.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Personal and Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: You will maintain the executive’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel. You will also handle correspondence, welcome guests, and direct inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: You will prepare agendas, arrange meetings, and take minutes to ensure every session is productive.
- Office Management: Your duties will extend to managing office supplies, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and arranging travel and accommodation for staff.
- Event Planning: You will take the lead on arranging company events and special office days.
- Personal Assistance: You will also be responsible for coordinating the CEO’s personal appointments, family-related tasks, and events.
What We’re Looking For
We need a candidate who is not only proficient in office tasks but also possesses strong personal and professional skills.
Requirements
- Education: A Matric certificate is essential.
- Experience: You should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in an office or personal assistant role.
- Other Requirements: You must have your own reliable car.
Competencies & Skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Organization: You should have strong time management, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Initiative: You must be proactive and demonstrate resourcefulness in your work.
- Proficiency: You should be proficient in various office software and tools.
