About the Role

As a casual general worker, you will be a key part of our team, supporting us with tasks that are unpredictable and of limited duration. This is a temporary position where you’ll be paid for the actual hours you work. It does not lead to permanent employment, so it’s a great way to gain experience and earn an income on a flexible schedule.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• General Duties: Assisting with a range of tasks, including packing stock, handling paperwork for drivers, and the loading and off-loading of trucks.
• Physical Work: The role involves heavy lifting, with some bags weighing up to 40kg.
• Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and tidy.
• Travel: Going on routes with our drivers, which may sometimes involve travel to faraway places.

We need someone who is dedicated, hardworking, and can handle a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

• You must have a Grade 12 (NQF4) or an equivalent qualification.
• You must be currently unemployed.
• A valid Code 10 or higher driver’s license is a major advantage.
• Previous experience in warehousing, stock, or the FMCG industry will give you an edge.
