PPS is looking for a dedicated Business Consultant to join our team in the Inland region (PTA, Bloemfontein, Midrand).

What Makes This Role Unique?

As a Business Consultant, you won’t just be a salesperson; you’ll be a strategic partner and a brand ambassador. Your mission is to develop and grow our base of Life Assurance Intermediaries by building and nurturing strong relationships. You’ll be the go-to expert for our products and systems, and you’ll play a vital role in our business development efforts, from market research to presenting on university campuses.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Business Growth: Actively recruit new brokers and agents to support our Gemini risk business, and implement business plans to expand our market share.
• Be a Product Expert: Train and accredit brokers and PPS staff on our products and systems, and conduct presentations at worksites and universities.
• Build Strong Relationships: Nurture relationships with intermediaries and their managers, providing constant communication and support to ensure their success.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure continuous improvement of service standards and align all business practices with our Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) philosophy.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

We’re looking for someone with a Matric certificate and a three-year national diploma or NQF 5 related qualification. A CFP, LLB, or Marketing degree would be a distinct advantage. You should have at least five years of experience in a sales role within the financial services or life assurance industry with a proven track record of success.
