Are you an experienced and ambitious professional with a talent for building and growing brands? Do you have a passion for sales and a knack for nurturing customer relationships? BCE FoodService Equipment is seeking a dynamic Brand/Sales Manager to champion the Pujadas brand at our Johannesburg office. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a brand’s success, driving its growth from the ground up.
What Does This Role Entail?
As the Brand/Sales Manager for Pujadas, you’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s success in the market. Your main objective is to boost the brand’s presence, profitability, and market share by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. It’s a balanced role that requires a deep understanding of the market, a focus on sales and account management, and a flair for product knowledge.
In this role, you will:
- Drive Sales and Growth: Be responsible for all sales and promotional activities for the Pujadas brand, with a clear focus on hitting sales targets and increasing market share.
- Be a Brand Champion: Communicate the brand’s identity to target markets and maintain a current knowledge of competitors to stay ahead.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both our dealer network and end-users, ensuring ongoing rapport and satisfaction.
- Analyze and Strategize: Use your analytical skills to track product performance, forecast sales, and develop monthly promotional calendars to boost profits.
- Be a Problem-Solver: Use your critical thinking skills to identify market opportunities, resolve challenges, and develop actionable plans for success.
Is This the Right Fit for You?
We’re looking for a professional with 3-5 years of direct experience in a similar brand management or sales role, with a strong background in strategic leadership. Experience in building and nurturing brands is a big plus.
