In this role, you will:

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide project teams through every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Manage Complexity: Skillfully handle conflicting priorities and a fast-paced environment to deliver results.
• Maintain Control: Oversee project documentation, identify potential risks, and ensure all reporting is accurate and up-to-date.
• Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensure your projects align with our organization’s strategic goals and meet PMO governance standards.
• Innovate: Identify opportunities for self-development and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Is This a Match?

The ideal candidate is a certified project management professional (CAPM, PMP, or similar) with at least five years of experience managing medium to complex projects. You should be equally comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments and be proficient with project management tools like Jira and Confluence. We’re especially interested in candidates with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation, system migration, or legacy modernization projects.
