Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for strategy and a passion for managing a mobile team? Hollywoodbets is seeking an Area Manager to join us in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our mobile footprint and be at the forefront of our brand’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

As the Area Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our mobile operations in your assigned area. Your main responsibilities include:

• Market Growth & Strategy: You will identify new outlets for voucher distribution, find strategic areas for activations, and create marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
• Team Leadership: You’ll be responsible for managing your team’s performance, from setting targets and providing training to handling daily people management functions.
• Operational Management: You will ensure all mobile assets, including branded vehicles and equipment, are well-maintained and in good condition. You’ll also manage stock, handle daily reports, and work with the marketing team on regional campaigns.
• Sales & Vender Management: You’ll visit sites regularly to discuss sales, monitor the condition of all branded outlets and marketing collateral, and report on sales performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of management experience and a valid driver’s license. Project management skills and a diploma or degree are a bonus. You should have a deep understanding of the market, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to lead and develop a team.
