Pedros is searching for a Senior Store Manager to oversee the overall operation of our restaurant in Raisethorpe. This is a role for a driven individual who thrives on maximizing profitability, maintaining quality, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the Senior Store Manager, you are the heart of the business. You will be accountable for every aspect of the restaurant’s performance, from front-of-house to back-end operations.

• Operations and Quality: You’ll ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, maintaining Pedros’ high standards for food quality and operational procedures. This includes managing stock, placing orders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financial Performance: Your main goal is to maximize profitability by meeting sales and GP% targets. You will motivate your team to achieve these goals and manage the daily opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Customer Experience: You’ll be the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring they are handled swiftly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Leadership: You will manage, mentor, and develop your team. This includes handling recruitment, performance evaluations, and regular staff meetings to increase productivity and foster a positive work environment.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant and fast-food service industry. You must possess strong management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with GAAP software is a major plus.
