Your Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Campaign Execution: You’ll coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, managing everything from project timelines and deliverables to supplier communications.
• Financial Management: You’ll manage invoicing, ensure timely payments, and reconcile regional marketing budget reports in coordination with the finance team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
• Quality Control: You’ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials and communications for all brands within the Pedros Group.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communications with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with budgeting and project management platforms are also essential.
