• Ensure Operational Excellence: You’ll handle day-to-day dispensary operations, including stock management, compliance with SAPC regulations, and general administration.
• Drive Business Performance: By focusing on core dispensary targets, you’ll help ensure the operational viability of the business and maximize opportunities for growth.
• Support and Mentor: When required, you will oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns, helping to build a competent and motivated team.
• Create a Great Customer Experience: You will actively execute customer service initiatives to drive loyalty and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

We’re Looking for Someone With:
