In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and processed on time. If you have a passion for administration and a solid understanding of accounting principles, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing and Verifying: Ensure all payable invoices are SARS compliant and correctly processed to the right expense accounts.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile stock, nominal, and inter-company accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers, manage payments, and handle ad hoc queries as they arise.
• Reporting: Provide detailed feedback on age analysis and creditors accrual reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric with Maths.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and administration skills.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• An Accounting Diploma or currently studying toward one is a definite advantage.
