This is a unique opportunity to build a store from the ground up and make your mark on the local community.

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader who can take full ownership of the store’s operations. You’ll be responsible for everything from managing staff and inventory to hitting sales targets and ensuring every customer has a world-class shopping experience. If you thrive on challenges and have a proven track record in retail management, this is the perfect role for you.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12/Matric certificate and at least five years of experience in retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). This experience should span all retail departments, including administration, cash office, receiving, and sales floor management. We also require a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Experience with Unisolv, SAP, or QlikView is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the Team: Oversee all aspects of human resources, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Driving Sales: Manage inventory, track stock flow, and implement merchandising standards to meet and exceed store targets.
• Ensuring Smooth Operations: Coordinate and manage stock takes, control shrinkage, and handle customer complaints and compliments with professionalism.
