In this permanent role, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy for Measurement & Analytics. You will have the unique opportunity to develop and implement a plan that boosts market penetration and helps us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Your Mission: Develop, Lead, and Grow

As the Local Sales Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the charge in our key market. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and a strong ability to connect with people.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Strategy: Create and maintain an effective sales strategy to improve market penetration and achieve growth targets.
• Leading a Team: Work as a lead within a multidisciplinary engineering team, inspiring and guiding them toward success.
• Building Relationships: Be at ease communicating with various levels of the organization, both internally and cross-functionally.
• Driving Growth: Use your expertise in Electrical Engineering, Measurement & Analytics, and Process Control to identify new opportunities and deliver results.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with a strong technical background. We are seeking someone with a Degree in Electrical Engineering and a focus on Process Automation.

You must have:

• 8-10 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven experience in related industries.
• The ability to demonstrate your expertise in Measurement & Analytics and Process Control.
• A willingness to travel.
