This is a permanent position where you’ll be a key player in our Distribution and Recon Department. You’ll be responsible for providing crucial administrative support, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while directly assisting the Distribution Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial Administration: You’ll oversee and assist with driver reconciliations and ledgers. This includes processing route settlements, managing EFT payments, and controlling debtors. You’ll ensure daily accuracy and follow up on outstanding payments and queries.
• Operational Support: You’ll assist with cash office administration and provide support to Recon and Ledger Clerks. You’ll also help with general queries from delivery managers and other staff.
• General & HR Administration: You’ll handle a variety of tasks, including managing attendance registers, completing HR forms, maintaining personnel files, ordering supplies, and handling petty cash.

• Matric or a National Certificate. A Finance or Business Administration tertiary qualification is a big plus.
• Previous work experience in a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills.
• A valid driver’s license would be beneficial.
• A keen eye for attention to detail.
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be a team player.
