What You’ll Do

As a Specialist Product Engineer, you’ll apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to all phases of the development lifecycle. You’ll work in an agile team environment to create high-quality, high-performing, and scalable applications.

Your role will be central to our DevOps process, where you will:

• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle technical challenges on the front end, back end, and middleware, providing innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the Full Lifecycle: From evaluating business requirements to writing clean, optimized code, you’ll be involved every step of the way.
• Automate and Innovate: You’ll develop and support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Kubernetes. You’ll also use modern observability techniques to monitor and optimize applications.
• Collaborate and Grow: Work with integrated teams to improve and evolve our technical products and services. We encourage continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve on emerging technologies.

Your Role in Our Team

Beyond the technical aspects, you’ll also:

• Champion Quality: Conduct peer reviews and testing to ensure the highest quality of our products.
• Manage Risk: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development process. You’ll also participate in incident management and disaster recovery activities.
• Contribute to Governance: Align all your work with our Group Architecture and Infrastructure guidelines, ensuring all documentation meets our technical standards.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. You should be a problem-solver who can quickly produce well-organized, documented source code.
