What You’ll Be Doing 💼

As the F&B Supervisor, you’ll be second-in-charge, playing a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar/s, Room Service, and Conferencing and Functions. You’ll be a leader on the front lines, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Supervision: You will supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring all staff are working efficiently and upholding our standards of excellence.
• Front of House Operations: You’ll be the face of our F&B operations, ensuring a friendly, courteous, and professional experience for all guests.
• Problem-Solving: You’ll handle challenges with a hands-on approach, remaining calm under pressure to ensure seamless operations.
• Leadership by Example: You’ll be a proactive team player who leads by example, inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Who We’re Looking For 🌟

The ideal candidate is a proactive and service-oriented individual with a passion for people and an eye for detail. You are a natural leader with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven Food and Beverage Supervisory experience.
• Education: A Matric and a Hospitality Qualification or similar.
• Skills: Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are a must. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Personal Attributes: You are honest, trustworthy, presentable, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
