What You’ll Be Doing 💼

As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s mission, bringing financial wellness solutions directly to the people who need them. Your work will involve more than just selling; you’ll be a trusted advisor helping people make informed financial decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct on-site visits to corporate premises to connect with employees, introduce them to our comprehensive range of financial wellness products, and answer their questions.
  • Product Promotion: Explain the value of our financial solutions and encourage uptake of services that meet individual needs.
  • Lead Generation & Onboarding: Gather and qualify potential client information and provide support to ensure a smooth application and activation process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional partnerships with both company representatives and their employees to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Delivery: Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.

Who We’re Looking For 🌟

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success. You’re a self-starter who can manage your priorities and work effectively without close supervision.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in direct, client-facing sales. Experience in the financial services sector is ideal.
  • Education: A minimum of Matric or a relevant NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills are a must. The ability to build rapport and deliver information clearly is essential for success.
  • Essential: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, as this role involves frequent travel to client sites.
  • Advantageous: RE 1 and/or RE 5 certification is beneficial but not essential.
