Your Role and Impact

Your key responsibilities will include:

• People Management: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Your focus will be on helping financial advisors build successful, compliant practices.
• Sales & Strategy: Drive sales and business plan execution, monitoring progress and reporting on key metrics.
• Financial Oversight: Apply your business acumen to manage budgets and expenses effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee existing business processes, ensuring conservation, administration, and exceptional client care.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong background as a financial advisor, preferably with at least 24 months of experience. We need a leader who is not only strategic but also an expert in day-to-day execution.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• FAIS Compliance: A certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification with 120 relevant credits) and a passed RE 5 Level 1 exam are essential.
• Accreditation: Be accredited on PFA products and other optional products we distribute.
• Key Skills: Strong administrative capabilities, a firm grasp of the sales and financial planning processes, and the ability to have difficult conversations and coach others effectively.
