What You’ll Do

As a Business Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines, helping us achieve our goals by:

• Increasing Sales: You will use your technical expertise and client-focused approach to boost sales of our product range.
• Building Partnerships: You will create and maintain strong, strategic relationships with financial advisors and other key stakeholders.
• Managing the Process: From start to finish, you’ll oversee the new business pipeline, providing quotations and following up to ensure a smooth process.
• Providing Support: You’ll be a trusted expert, offering technical training and ongoing product support to financial advisors.
• Staying Ahead: You will keep up to date with industry developments and competitor offerings to ensure we always deliver a superior value proposition.

Do You Have What It Takes?

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a target-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and has a strong sense of ownership.

To be considered, you should have:

• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the medical scheme industry.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, especially with adviser consulting, is a plus!
• Knowledge:
  • A good understanding of financial planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Relevant FAIS credits or a NQF5 in Wealth Management is preferable.
  • A business degree is an advantage.
• Other Requirements:
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured car.
  • A smartphone.
  • The willingness to travel.
