About the Role

As a Shop Assistant Cashier, you’ll be the face of our brand, playing a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. We’re looking for someone who is not only great with people but also organized and meticulous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Promoting the Clicks ClubCard and enrolling new members.
• Actively informing customers about current promotions and specials.
• Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador.
• Assisting with merchandising and maintaining the store’s visual standards.
• Ensuring the safe handling of cash and other payments.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of retail operations and a passion for helping others.

Minimum requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 (or equivalent).
• Experience (Desirable): Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a retail environment.
