What You’ll Do as a Purple Star

As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping us connect with new and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving Sales: Activating daily sales by promoting and explaining our mobile products and services to customers.
• Customer Service: Assisting clients with account openings and all betting queries.
• Marketing: Running mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
• Promotion: Setting up and arranging eye-catching displays at various locations and events.
• Documentation: Helping customers with the FICA documentation required to open an account.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who is results-driven, a great communicator, and has a solid understanding of our products.

Key skills and qualifications we’re looking for:

• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Knowledge: A good understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and sales techniques.
• Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Self-Motivated: The drive to meet daily sales and activation targets.

Prior experience as a promoter or in a similar role is a bonus!
