An exciting opportunity has opened up for a dedicated Administrator in a thriving Revenue Management Unit. We’re looking for someone to play a crucial role in ensuring all revenue is accurately and timeously processed.


What You’ll Be Doing: Your Key Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our revenue operations. Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining and supporting the cash system for our users.
  • Daily cash balancing and preparing quarterly reports for audits.
  • Managing the main cash book and ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Providing top-notch service by attending to counter and telephone queries.
  • Monitoring and distributing stationery requirements to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For: Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is ready to take action and drive positive outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with Mathematics and/or Accounting, along with a certificate in a Financial field.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven computer literacy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 8) in Accounting or equivalent, with Financial Accounting as a major subject.
  • 4 years of relevant experience.

This is a permanent position with a competitive annual remuneration ranging from R294 659.28 to R382 469.76. In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
