Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our software engineering team. Your work will involve more than just writing code—you’ll be instrumental in translating business requirements into tangible, functional software. You’ll ensure all technical specifications adhere to our established software frameworks and standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Design and Development: You’ll be responsible for designing and coding programs, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Maintenance: Debugging and correcting programs to maintain and enhance software applications.
• Efficiency: Improving efficiency within the engineering environment by ensuring all technical requirements are met in accordance with our software framework.
• Collaboration: Translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications that lead to successful solutions.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid foundation in software engineering and a passion for continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A First Degree in Information Technology.
• Experience: 1–2 years of broad experience in software engineering, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Skills: A strong understanding of modern technical competencies, including Agile Engineering, API Engineering, and Automation. Experience with Cloud Computing and Continuous Delivery (CD) is also highly valued.
• Attributes: We are looking for someone who is great at articulating information, developing expertise, and upholding high standards in their work.
