The Role: Keeping the Engine Running
As our new Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin that ensures our marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly. You will manage timelines, coordinate across multiple teams, and track campaign progress to guarantee high-quality, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Use Asana (or similar platforms) to coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Campaign Execution: Support the launch of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with designers, writers, and developers to move projects forward efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key campaign metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and proactively flag risks and adjust timelines as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest marketing best practices and propose new ideas to optimize our strategies and processes.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, keep projects on track, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience using project management tools like Asana and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or WordPress is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Work Requirements:
- This is a 100% remote work-from-home position.
- Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
- You must have a personal computer, reliable high-speed internet, a quiet professional workspace, and a backup power supply.
