Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
• Diagnose and resolve technical software or system issues using analytical and testing methods
• Help customers maximize the value of their products and services
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional product solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal tracking systems
• Stay updated on all relevant technical systems and business processes

What We’re Looking For

• Matric certificate with strong performance in Mathematics or Accounting
• At least 6 months of experience in a technical troubleshooting role within a call center (essential)
• Prior experience in a financial services environment (advantageous)
• Advanced computer literacy, typing proficiency, and multitasking across systems
• Availability to work shifts between 3 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Friday
• Clear criminal and credit record
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, remain composed under pressure, and take initiative
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer care
