Location: Dar es Salaam

About the Role:

We are seeking mature, confident, and able individuals to become a vital part of our front desk team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing comprehensive service solutions. A strong understanding of garments and basic quality checks will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Provide full service solutions to customers.
• Potentially assist with basic quality checks of garments.

Requirements:

• O-Level education combined with tertiary training in hospitality/customer service.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.
• Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor.
• Age: 25-30 years only.
