Job Opportunity: Sales and Reservation Officer – Arusha

Position: Full-Time
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Reservation Officer to join our team! If you have experience in tourism, enjoy working with people, and can handle bookings and client communications with professionalism, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle safari and tour inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins
Prepare and send quotations and itineraries to clients and agents
Follow up with clients to close sales and confirm bookings
Coordinate with guides, drivers, and accommodation providers
Maintain reservation records and calendars accurately
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after tours
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the tourism industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Swahili and other languages are an added advantage)
Proficient in email, Microsoft Office, and reservation systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
