Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co. Ltd (DOCG) has announced the following Job Vacancies this May of 2025, to be based in Chongoleani in the region of Tanga, Tanzania.

WE ARE HIRING!

Position: HSE SUPERVISOR- 5 Posts.
Location: EACOP-DOCG Project, Chongoleani Tanga.
Industry: Construction, Oil and Gas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma (MUST HAVE)
• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in the construction industry
• Sound knowledge of Tanzanian HSE laws & international safety standards
• Strong communication, leadership & reporting skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict HSE compliance on-site
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions & awareness sessions
• Maintain accurate HSE reports & lead incident investigations
• Drive proactive safety culture & continuous improvement
