Ongeza AgroVet has announced Job Vacancies for 4 Customer Service – Interns in the Northern zone of Tanzania, to be based in the region of Arusha.
Customer Services – Internship – 4 Posts
Ongeza AgroVet
Duration: 3 Months commitment with opportunity to extend
Nature of Job: Full time required & working on shift including weekends.
Responsibilities
An ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities.
- Will be working in the customer service department
- Making daily calls to customers and sales officers in rural Tanzania.
- Helping our current customers by answering product and service questions
- suggesting information about other products and services
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications.
- Fresh Graduate from school
- Degree/Diploma in customer service, sales and marketing, Business administration or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communicator with sound customer care skills
- Able to work in a target driven company
- Good Listener
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Fluency in Kiswahili and strong command of English
Location: Arusha, Tanzania.
