fursaopportunities.com is a platform that facilitates the connection between Job Seekers and Employers in Tanzania. We provide a platform for Employers to post job vacancies and for Job Seekers to search for and apply to these vacancies.
Please note: We are a third-party listing service and do not directly employ individuals or participate in the hiring decisions. We are not responsible for the content of job postings, the accuracy of job descriptions, or the suitability of candidates.
- User Accounts and Registration Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Eligibility: By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in Tanzania.
- User Responsibilities and Conduct
For Job Seekers: Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your profile information, resume, and any other information you submit through the Services.
Job Applications: You agree to apply for jobs legitimately and to provide honest and accurate information to potential Employers.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
Post or submit false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity.
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Tanzanian laws.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.
For Employers:
Accuracy of Job Postings: You are responsible for ensuring that all job postings are accurate, complete, lawful, and not misleading. Job postings must comply with all applicable Tanzanian labor laws and regulations. Non-Discrimination: You agree to comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws in Tanzania when posting jobs and making hiring decisions. Use of Candidate Information: You agree to use candidate information (e.g., resumes, contact details) solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for job vacancies posted on our site and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and Tanzanian data protection laws. You must not use candidate information for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any other unauthorized purpose. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: Post job advertisements that are discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise violate Tanzanian laws. Post misleading, false, or fraudulent job advertisements. Attempt to collect sensitive personal information from Job Seekers without legitimate purpose and appropriate consent. Solicit or recruit Job Seekers for any purpose other than legitimate employment opportunities. Circumvent our platform to avoid payment of any applicable fees (if any are introduced in the future).
- Content Submission and Guidelines Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Services (e.g., resumes, job postings, company profiles). However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the Services and our business, including for promoting the Services, across different media formats and through any media channels.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of job postings, resumes, or any other information provided by Job Seekers or Employers. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
No Endorsement: Our inclusion of any job posting or candidate profile does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, in no event shall [Your Job Listing Site Name], its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in force in Tanzania. The place of arbitration shall be Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
